CLASSES

Move’s Group Training sessions are the perfect place to be whether you’re new to your fitness journey or just need to get back on track. Every class is guaranteed to push you to your limit and make you stronger, fitter and faster.

 

Full Body Metcon

The best way to start your week with our Sunday Metcon workout, we mix Upper and Lower body strength movements with a touch of HIIT Transitions.

Power Circuit

If you are a fan of station and HIIT workouts this the workout for you. This is a 45-50 min workout of non stop HIIT exercises maximizing the number of reps because it’s all about reaching the max!

Barbell Sweat

This workout is all about Muscular and Cardiovascular Endurance. You are given a set of workouts and exercises to do within a certain time. You will run, lift, carry, jump and maybe even crawl!

Leg Pump

There’s no better way to finish your week than with our famous leg day class! In this class you will work on each and every single lower body muscle to build that solid lower body strength you need to carry you through life!

Upper Body Cardio

Your upper body strength plays a major role in your physical looks and overall strength, which is why we dedicated a whole workout to help you develop your upper body strength and core with cardio.

1000 CALS

MOVE’S SIGNATURE CLASS! This major calorie burner is a 60-75 min workout of nonstop HIIT - LIFT - RUN - JUMP - STATIONS! There are no words we can say to prepare you for this class, you just have to get READY, SET, GO.
