MOVE is an idea based on truth, adventure, and sheer joy for the purpose of movement.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Ali Ismail in Barcelona, Spain, MOVE has since revolutionized the gym and fitness industry. In 2016, Ali launched MOVE Egypt, introducing a unique gym and fitness concept and celebrating its different forms.

Today, MOVE proudly operates 10 facilities across Cairo and 4 seasonal facilities at the North Coast. Each facility features a diverse team of specialized, internationally certified coaches dedicated to guiding, supporting, and empowering our members to improve their quality of life while achieving their goals.
